I forgot to renew my policy even with multiple reminders from them. When I called, my policy was already expired by 2 weeks. Stacee went out of her way to call the insurance company and I’m not sure what she did, but she was able to talk them into letting me renew my policy with no lapse. This helped so much because I was waiting on payment from a job and I would have possibly lost it. You should definitely insure with them if you get the chance. They honestly make you feel like family and never act bothered by your call like you can find at other places. I also have never gotten an answering machine when I call like at other places I used to be insured with.
